Please note that these HUD layouts can only be imported into Beta 26 or newer successfully.

If you are not using Beta 26, please upgrade prior to attempting to install these layouts.

For First Time Users
********************

If this is your first time installing this HUD layout, you will also need to import the statistics (.pt3stat) in the
directory in question.

If you see a "Invalid Token Encountered" message in the HUD, you failed to import all of the statistics.

To import the statistics, click Configure --> Statistics, and go to the Stats tab. Click the Import button. Highlight
all of the stats in the folder for the HUD you want to import (cash or tournament) and click Import.

That's all you need to do to import the stats (you'll need to import BOTH Tourney and Cash if you want to use both layouts).

Once you have imported the stats, to import the layout click Configure --> Configure HUD. Click on the Options button,
then Import. Import the .pt3hud file you want to use (tourney or cash), and that will be it.

Please note: At the moment there is no way to set an imported layout to your default layout. This feature has been
highly requested and we expect it will be available soon.

For Returning Users
*******************

If you have installed previous versions of this HUD, there are a few changes. In order to have these changes available
to you, you will need to remove ALL -colored statistics. To remove a statistic, click Configure --> Statistics --> Holdem
Cash Player Statistics --> Stats tab, click on the stat to remove, and click "Remove". Click "OK" and repeat for all stats
you need to remove. The changes are: lowered requirements to start displaying numbers instead of Xes and a modified
scale of the coloring for the 3-bet nvbs - colored stat. If you are happy with the Xes and prior coloring for this stat,
you can feel free to skip this step. You will STILL need to import the Won $ When Raised Any Street.pt3stat file as this
stat is new. Other than that, though, you can just import the .pt3hud file and you should be all set.

To import the .pt3hud file, Configure --> Configure HUD, click on the Options button, then Import.

Since the Tourney .pt3hud is new, you will need to import a few other stats, if you need details on that, see the above
instructions for first time users.

For People With Broken Tourney Installations
********************************************

If you downloaded the Tourney HUD when it was released previously and imported it, there was a bug in Beta 25 which caused
all columns to be imported improperly. You have three ways to fix it:

(1) Manually correct the error. For each column, you'd need to go through and change "tourney_tourney_" to "tourney_".
This is a long and tedious process, and I wouldn't recommend it any longer, but it would work.

(2) Remove the affected columns and reimport the stats. This is definitely faster than (1) but will still take you some
time. Click Configure --> Configure Statistics, choose Holdem Tournament Player Statistics, and go to the Columns tab.
Remove any custom columns that came with my stats (that have the "tourney_tourney_" in the definitions) and save. If you
are not sure if a column is affected, attempt to verify it. If it fails verification, it is affected and can be removed.
Once the columns are removed, remove all stats that use those columns (on the Stats tab). Again, if you aren't sure what
stats are affected, attempt to verify and if a column has been removed that the stat is based on, it won't verify. Once
all affected stats and columns have been removed, import the .pt3hud and stats as if you were a first time user, above.

(3) This is the nuclear option. Let me be CLEAR about this. If you follow this option, it will remove any and all custom
stats that you have. You will need to recreate or reimport all custom stats. If you only use custom stats in my HUD, you
will basically be starting completely from scratch and will need to reimport everything as a first time user. In order to
follow this option, rename or remove the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\StatsDefinitionsCustomized.pt3 file. Restart
PT3 and all your custom stats will be gone.

In order of time taken, (2) is faster than (1) and (3) is faster than (2), but (3) has its own drawbacks. If you are not
sure which option to choose, I would recommend (2) as even though it takes a bit more time, it won't cause any collateral
damage.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused.
